Cyberview Resort & Spa

I had my wedding here 8 years ago and today I'm back again attending a family wedding. This hotel has a beautiful landscape which makes it a perfect wedding venue and provide beautiful natural backdrop for photos. Service was ok .. Could have been better. I think the staff don't really understand English very well,as when we asked for certain things they couldn't understand. The rooms were ok ... I think it needs a bit of update. I hope the Management of the hotel would improve quality of service and also the quality of the rooms ... As I say it has a beautiful landscape for a hotel only 30mins from the bustling of the city centre ... It would be a waste not to sell it as a relaxing getaway from the stress of the concrete jungle.

Stumbles across this amazing place on a hotel booking website, lovely rooms and gardens, fantastic pool, lovely staff, couldn't want for more, PERFECT!!

Overall experience for this hotel is OK bordering on unsatisfactory mainly because we went on a long weekend holiday. Therefore there were a lot of families with small children which means that the breakfast buffet was busy and a lot of food were finished well before the breakfast time is over. The stay was pleasant as the room (we stayed in Pool View Villa/Chalet but we got a room behind a restaurant so basically there's no view) is very spacious but the air conditioning unit have to work a little bit harder to make the big room cool enough for us. The tv was OK, the shower was awesome, the bath gel smells heavenly as well as the shampoo and whatnot. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Lovely, peaceful and serene!! Staff are friendly and helpful too. Swam in the pools with the kids. Used the gym and went cycling around the resort. Can do with a nice playground for kids though
