Craft Haven

The craft supplies are nice but the staff does not communicate well at all. Clearly they could sense by enthusiasm for craft products. I had to ask a dozen of questions about workshop, items I am looking for, what products are used for the samples on display...I cannot emphasize how depressingly dull the staff is...a typically dead response like one would tend to expect walking in a store here in Malayisa. I took some friends to the store to work out if my experience is unusual and the concensus among most expats is - don't make conversation! It's best to know what you want, grab it and get out! it would be helpful if the staff took interst in finding out what the customer is looking for or understand the scope of their project to recommend something rather they are tapping their feet (customary behaviour nothing personal) and raise eyebrows to indicate that their zombie time is being robbed from them! Don't expect customer freaking service!

You can judge a business by how long they've survived in a mall like 1 utama. The people who work there are passionate and they know their stuff. They also help customers make informed decisions. I spent my monthly craft budget on a new comer in the mall. Yenji is not going to be around for long. sorry, just thinking about them makes me wanna shit confetti.

Was a little hard to find, but I hardly go to 1Utama so that is understandable. It is also smaller than expected but it has everything that I wanted and more.

I absolutely love it! Friendly cashier who patiently answered some of my dumb questions!! And I coincidentally wore red today, of all days, and I got 20% off because of their cny promo!! It must've been fate totally made my day!!!

Amazing store with friendly people and available classes. Prices there are also reasonable will totally recommend this place

I had an amazing experience with Craft Haven from beginning to end! I especially loved the friendly service I received during my endless questioning of the products. They also have a wide range of products, so much that I didn't quite know what to buy! Wonderful store, and I definitely recommend it to everyone!

I love Craft Haven for their friendly staff and range of art supplies,good services and prompt reply. Bought a set of Jo Sonja that was not in good condition, CH immediately responded and a new replacement was send.
