Actually I didn't stay at this hotel but i wanna write a review. I lost my way to a hotel I had booked in Kuala Lumpur. even the battery was dead. I entered to this hotel with the wrong address, and the receptionist of this hotel searched the correct address of the hotel I had booked. And he called the hotel to confirm my reservation. And he made a map for me. i wasn't even a guest of the hotel. he was really kind and friendly! if you didn't help me i would have had the worst experience in Malaysia. if i visit to Malaysia again, I will definitely stay at this hotel! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Friendly, helpful staff. Satisfactory breakfast, included in room rate, available right through from 7.00 11.00 am so no rush to get to breakfast. Room clean and comfortable and kept very clean by friendly, helpful maid. The location just behind Times Square and a couple of minutes from the monorail is excellent.

This is a great value hotel. Very close to the Imbi monorail station, and the directions to get to the hotel given on the website are very easy to follow. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is small and very basic, but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There is a rainfall shower head, which is pretty cool! However, the shower, sink, and toilet are all together in a very tight space with no shower curtain, so expect that everything will get wet when you take a shower. There is free hot breakfast, and it is very good. There was a problem with one of the gates not unlocking with the key cards during my stay, so it was left unlocked and anyone could get in. However, the rooms themselves were secure with key card entry and a deadbolt. I'm sure the problem with the gate will be fixed soon:) Stayed June 2015, travelled solo Less

Had a great time in Classic Inn Hotel for these 4 days. Definitely will come back again. This place make me feel like I'm homed. Thank you so much Classic Inn's staffs and the handsome boss See you'all next time

Classic Inn is nice, clean and well located. Rooms are basic and comfortable. and well provisioned for a budget hotel (hot water, air con, towels, tv all included). B'fast was basic and certainly handy to be able to grab a bite/coffee before you leave the hotel in the morning. The only real downside was that the wifi didn't work in the room and I had to go to the foyer, even when we had paid for a 'superior' room. We spent 2 nights there (one at the start and one at the end of the trip) and the wifi worked in the 'basic' room. Ironic!
