Century Pines Resort Cameron Highlands

The rooms are so clean and spacious. My parents and family are very satisfied with the room and services. Eventhough we booked at last minute but we manage to get a room in Century Pines Resort. The location of this resort is at tanah rata, where tanah rata is the best tourist spot in Cameron highlands. The price is reasonable. During peek days like school holidays and public holidays for sure this resort will be croededc and pack. I'm very sure you will never get a chance to stay here, if you never booked it earlier!

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is spacious even for 2 person, and also good location where no traffic jam. If you stay in Brinchang, you will get stuck. So Tanah Rata is the best place to stay. And Century Pines is one of the good location with ample parking for you. Just annoyed with some of the staff who is checking outside. Other than than everything is good.

Service was good but must improve the cleanliness level. There was stain on the pillow cover, towel and hand towel. Also, we need to request for shower cap and hand towel as they were not in the room. No disposable slippers, tooth brush, tooth paste, shaver, pen and paper provided given the price we paid and they rank themselves as 5 stars hotel. Breakfast choice is limited but different food served during our 2 nights of staying

I like everything about the hotel, good location, good service, but only one small problem. The problem is that if you like to get up at 6am every morning by the Muslim prayers (the temple was on top of the hill), you will hear everything from the loud speakers.

Paid SGD$222 for 3 days 2 nights. Generally, staffs are friendly and very helpful. Hotel room that was allocated to me don't worth that price I paid for. The card access on my room door broke down and it took them about an hour to resolve. Overall, I like this hotel for its complimentary breakfast, ample parking space and free wifi on hotel lobby plus friendly staffs.
