Had a very bad experience on Sunday 16Jan2022..1st time using Dobby service after 2years due COVID cases..at taman putra perdana 1 . machine not functioning after putting in the coins n soap powder..tried to unlocked the machine door.. unfortunately it can't be unlocked..clothes got stuck inside the machine .called Around 11.15am customer service nos 3 person answered but said they no longer working at the branch..tried calling another no.. Unfortunately till evening nobody called back even though left contact no. Getting worried about our clothes..someone might take away or dumb all our clothes ..
