We cannot but praise the Borneo Trails Tours for their organization of a 2-day-1-night tour of Mt. Kinabalu!
Communication-wise they were very comprehensive and clear on the information provided. We arranged everything by email and they even followed-up attentively on our pick-up and dietary requirements a few days before, which really surprised us.
Everything went as planned: transportation to and from the National Park, registration, guidance, lodging and food arrangements. No extra fees or hidden charges were requested besides personal expenses, about which we had been previously informed.
Finally, a word of appreciation for our guide - Christopher - who was very accommodative to our requests and a very knowledgeable guide!
