Stephanie of Boarding Buddy did a fantastic job for us relocating our pugs from KL to Bangkok. It's becoming increasingly difficult to transport brachycephalic (short-nosed) dogs by air and the only available direct flight option turned out to be a "fifth freedom" flight with a Middle Eastern airline. With only two workable late night flights/week Stephanie had to pull out all the stops to ensure the dogs' health certificates and export permits were in order within a very tight schedule. She went above and beyond the call of duty to deliver. More than this, it was brilliant to see the affection the dogs have for her and she genuinely for them. I cannot recommend Boarding Buddy and Stephanie highly enough... Exemplary!

I was recommended to use Boarding Buddy services online by a friend. I was initially very skeptical in engaging an agent for migrating my Princess over to Australia from Malaysia. However, Stephanie was very professional and knowledgeable about the whole process of migrating Princess to Australia. Her dedication and loving kindness to my Princess is second to none as she treat my pet as her own. This is evident when she accompanied Princess all the way towards the end before she went on board. She even constantly sent me videos and pictures updates which I really appreciate. Through those video, I noticed other pet migration agent did not demonstrate the same kind of dedication to accompany and hug their client's pet. I am grateful I engaged Stephanie as she kept my Princess calm throughout the whole time before boarding. After Princess came to Australia, she constantly would follow up on my behalf with the local immigration officer. I am so lucky to have met Stephanie when Bandit came into our lives. Boarding Buddy was Bandit's weekly daycare for 3 years, as well as where he stayed when we went on holidays. I trusted Steph fully, she's careful and safe, attentive, genuine and caring. She took care of Bandit like one of her own, she was like his 2nd mummy. Bandit always had a great time at her place and got on so well with Niji and Alfie. And being a snub nose dog, Steph knew to be careful with ensuring he didn't overheat or overplay. Moving our 3 pups was something we were always going to have to do and I have been following Stephs' work for the last 2.5 years. There is simply no one else who is THIS AMAZING. If one could imagine the most neurotic pet mom - I would be her. Steph never once made me feel like a complete lunatic. From ensuring my pups knew who she was before they went to board to answering every ridiculous question i had.. she was there. My 3 aren't the best at being on their own and she wasamazing at taking care of their whims for boarding before they finally flew off. More than that the end to end service dealing with the paperwork and regulations were flawless and her understanding and standards of what is good enough for these precious pups is unparalleled. From videos of their boarding, playing, loading, to their being driven away to the plane I cannot tell you how thoughtful and amazing her service is for the over anxious dog parents. Boarding Buddy is world class no amount of $ can show the value of her services. I would leave my stinkers with her at anytime anywhere..
