Words can't describe how thankful we are for BnB Pets Boarding for taking care of Shelby over the holidays. It's not always easy to leave your pup behind, however Johnson and Annie are absolute gems and made the process seamless. They consistently stayed in communication over the 3 weeks using whats app providing videos and photos. I loved staying tuned in through Facebook too, getting to see which new pups arrived or who Shelby might be playing with now. Shelby has seizures and needs medication twice per day. Bnb was there for her no questions asked, keeping her on schedule, massaging her through seizures and even buying us Shelby's crucial medication when it ran out. Traveling will be much much easier now that we have such an amazing resource that truly looks out for the health and well-being of our pup. We picked up Shelby today and I think she already misses her friends and her yummy raw food diet. She's definitely looking forward to her next stay. I HIGHLY recommend using BnB Pets Boarding! Thank you to the moon and back for everything you did for Shelby!

My Beautiful Yorkie made the trip from Bangkok to Malaysia for Australian quarantine purposes. BnB was her home for over a year - and it really was an outstanding one. She was treated like their own indulged and cared for fur baby. Tragically she could not pass her tests for Australia, but they helped me over and over again to try new ways to improve her chances of getting in to Australia. They went out of their way to take her for tests and vitamins and to get various advice to help me as I was so far away. When i eventually had to face that there was no chance - they were then amazing in helping introduce an incredible new home for my girl. I recommend them highly, they are true dog lovers. I was blessed to find such a place, I can't imagine what i would have done if I had sent her elsewhere.

Finally, I can go holiday without worrying about my furkid. Is like I am holidaying and so do my furkid... He is going on a camping trip with his friends where he can play with them till wee hour and of course what draw my comfort is the pet loving and experience guardian who ensure my furkid safety and tender loving care!
