OMG! I didn't know that they had closed down. Feel so cheated & yes, I had tons of packages that I have NOT used due to the pandemic & now just got to know about their closure. May the owners die a slow*inappropriate word*!!!

I think this company has been stop business, Collapsed! I try to call few outlets including out stations outlets, all the number not in service, included the hot line 1800-88-8330 also not in services, WoW..... I still have a lot of balance not done yet, estimate arond RM 15K treatments balance :( :(

I face the same problem, I still have facial packages with them, try to call to different outlets, the phone number and toll free number all responses as not available. They never informed their changes to us!

I have been trying to make an appointment with the Klang branch but all lines are not in service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They closed down branch in Bukit Tinggi without informing the clients.Now not sure whether they are still operating or not.How about our package. Please someone help.Thank you.
