Best Denki operates one of the largest networks of chain stores in Japan. We are constantly developing new retail concepts including multimedia oriented era outlets, information based exchanges and housing related specialty shops.

 
Our success in the retail industry continued to escalate steadily and in 2004, Singapore was appointed the headquarters for BEST DENKI's overseas operations, with it being the most developed and successful overseas market. Spearheading the expansion into other global markets, this division is now tasked with running all of our overseas operations in Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia and Indonesia, thus harvesting a remarkable crop of 77 outlets. 
 
To date, BEST DENKI has more than 400 retail stores worldwide with 340 stores in Japan, 11 stores in Singapore, 6 stores in Malaysia, 41 stores in Taiwan and another 19 stores in Indonesia. (Updated as at 01 Nov 2014)

Excellent before n after sales service within the same hour.

Issue - device cannot switch on after purchase n brought home.

Sales Manager responsibly took it back to check n rectified it. He then self-delivered to the nearby hotel where I was staying evethough it was passed 10pm.

Most importantly, customer's problem solved, but it was not device problem.
