Very bad experience at BR Setia Alam Mall. On 31/10/2021 promotion day, no dry ice prepared. Brought ice cream for take away but no dry ice given for the handpack. Staff are irresponsible and did not inform customer prior to order when dry ice is out of stock. Very disappointed. Long waiting time. Very bad customer service.
