Service really not good. How you talk to your customer, and handle them. Have to wait for more than 3 hours for 2 people inside. How youguys handle your work. Why your service is too slow.

Service so slow. If you know that you cannot served all of your customer, then mind to tell them your limit per day. Bukannya suruh orang balik lepas dah berjam jam customer tunggu. How you guys manage this ?

The service is excellent, the staff is so friendly but sometimes the system is slow and they cannot handle the high traffic in websites

i have come to here to opened bank account with Bank Islam, their staff is so friendly and always smile to customer.

(Bank Islam UIAM) The bank area is a little bit small since it is inside a university. The waiting area is also small. Need to go there early or you need to wait longer as it is packed with students and lecturers everyday. The que for ATM machine is super long during lunch hour. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The bank area is clean.

I came there before to opened account and replaced debit card. Staff treated customer friendly and they willing to help customer anytime. They provide services efficiently.
