I have been with IOI Aster Spring for more than 10 years. A comfort and relax place for me to enjoy my facial. I went for a complimentary V-Lift facial therapy at Aster Spring, One Utama Shopping Center. It was a pleasant experience. I made an appointment one week ago. I reached the center earlier than the appointment time. Thus, the beautician led me to the waiting room and let me fill up the client form. The waiting room is comfortable, but the air-conditioner was slightly cold. Then, my beautician consulted me before the therapy started. I was then lead to the therapy room. All rooms are for individual, so you don't need to worry about sharing rooms with strangers.Similar to the normal facial routine, she helped me to cleanse my face and did extraction. She was gentle enough and always asked me whether I was painful. And the last step was putting mask on me. She changed a more suitable mask for me instead of the initial one in the package. It helped to rejuvenate my skin. After the treatment, my beautician gave me another round of consultation. She gave me a range of sample that suits my skin problem. What I love about Aster Spring is they don't push the customer to buy product or sign any therapy package. Meanwhile, they will give a lot of suggestions and tips which truly help the customers get rid of the problem. Overall, I will recommend you guys to go Aster Spring.
