I never know foreigners can be the frontliner at the counter. I never found this in any other 7e except for #0755 Seksyen U5 Subang SA. There are 2 Indonesian ladies working at the counter, and also used to have an Indonesian guy. The biggest problem is they are kinda not maintaining the hygiene and there is this weird smell in the air every time i entered the store. Worst, they are never trained in customer service (i believe) and they keep playing with their phones the whole time even during the payment transaction. I kinda lost it when i was annoyed by their slowness of working because they keep playing tiktok or whatever and video calling, but they make the annoying face instead when im annoyed. Especially a cashier named Fitri. Am i suppose to be happy when they are behaving like this? Its not that im against Indonesian or anything but truly, I dont think this position suits them. This is not a 7e. This is kedai acheh store. U should start considering selling fish and tempe like all kedai runcit acheh do. Growing up here and has seen this 7e since its 1st day, i am truly frustrated. This has been going on since after MCO like almost 3 years ago. N today, i can no longer tolerate it. None other 7e i have found like this except for this particular one. Irritated and hurt, i honestly hope there will be some changes. Thanks

Saya rasa tidak puas hati dengan layanan Customer di Outlet 7eleven Taman Debunga Merlimau Melaka, Seorang pekerja perempuan dalam lingkungan 18@19 tahun telah menengking saya disebabkan straw takde semasa saya ingin membeli air slurppe, itu okey lagi saya boleh tahan, bila saya tanya(elok²) bila straw akan ade, dia boleh jawap soalan saya dengan nada yang tinggi dan dengan gaya kurang hajar semasa membalas soalan saya. Saya rasa pihak 7eleven perlu mengambil tindakan tatatertib terhadap pekerja wanita ini, kerana dia boleh merosakkan emej syarikat. i order my things through delivery service . i though the delivery was bad . but the shop didnt accept my order . i've been waiting about 1hour and half for my 1st try . and second try about 1hour . the service very bad
