A good place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city yet in the city

The hotel is nice and cozy. Feel like staying in my own home and it is very quiet.

Wonderful place, top value for money , situated in the diplomat district ,just 10-15 min. walk from Twin Towers KLCC, BIG pool , extremely friendly staff.

Can't fault this place. We are regulars on the weekend for a home away from home in KL. All the staff lovely and affordable facilities without missing out on anything. They even do our laundry while we swim. Perfect!

It is in the embassy quarter and therefore the shops and restaurants are ca. 8 min by foot away. I had to print and scan some documents and it was no problem at all. Breakfast was very good as well as the rooms. Staff was really friendly and competent. The quarter is very quiet and safe.

We've stayed at 5 Twenty for three nights while visiting KL. We had a great time. Room was very spacious (we had pool view and deluxe room) and the staff is amazing. It's very close to the city, for 1RM you can take the bus (5mins walk) to the city centre. It's really calm and peaceful and the pool is great. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at 5 Twenty Ampang Hilir a Guesthouse. As mentioned above, the staffs and owners were very helpful of us, they assisted us with urgency especially when we needed help for our documents to be printed for embassy requirements. We were pressed for time but they accommodated and helped us with urgency and smile.
