In CrossFit 5833 you will not find a bunch of treadmills, elliptical trainers or stationary bikes like your ordinary gym. Instead we use barbells, kettlebells, boxes, ropes, rings and rigs for you to train functional movements such as squatting, pressing, jumping, pulling and pushing - which are essential for us as humans in performing our day-to-day activities, improving your sports ability, prepares you for the unknown and the unknowable. Our everyday programs or WODs are designed to improve all the TEN recognized fitness domains that we BELIEVE you should master - CARDIOVASCULAR & RESPIRATORY ENDURANCE, STAMINA, STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY, POWER, SPEED, COORDINATION, AGILITY, BALANCE, and ACCURACY.

A really sweet group! Dropped in for the morning WOD and had a great time. Clean/organised environment and self-motivated individuals. Jon is a friendly and patient instructor. Recommend anyone who hasnt tried crossfit or have been doing it for years!

Had an awesome workout here in October 2015 while visiting from Sydney. A really friendly atmosphere with some seriously strong and athletic (and friendly!) members. Thanks for your hospitality and the great WOD. Hope to visit again some day
