When Kok Seng first signed up in 2003, he did so to support his boss. Little did he know that that simple decision would change his life forever. Although Siay Deng was contented to be a wage earner, her husband’s drive and ambition soon began to influence her positively. Seeing him determined to pursue a better, more accomplished life in turn gave her the courage to dream.

Just like a runner who has to jump over all the hurdles along the track before claiming victory, Kok Seng & Siay Deng have put in relentless effort to overcome all the challenges and setbacks along the way and emerge triumphant.

“Although we encountered many challenges, it never crossed our minds to give up. One can give many excuses for one’s failure, but it takes only one reason to become successful. Be grateful to your past. Take control of your future; make it one that you want. Live life to the fullest because you are the star of your life story,” says Kok Seng.
