After leaving the first Magic Circle firm to operate in Singapore, our founding partners established our firm in 1986. Since then, our firms founders and partners have made a name for themselves in their various fields. In particular, Ms Molly Lim, SC was appointed in 1998 as one of the first three female Senior Counsel in Singapore and Mr Sunny Wong has been named as a leading banking and finance lawyer in Singapore. The firm has gone from strength to strength under the stewardship of Joint Managing Directors Ms Ong Beng Hong and Mr Philip Ling, who have succeeded our founders and now head the firms Corporate Department and Dispute Resolution Department, respectively.
