Every time I work with the two Ikari technicians, I have a great experience. Noel and YongPeng are incredibly committed and professional. They work extremely diligently and patiently when explaining things. At first, there were several issues with the administrative and customer service. However, this has been fixed by a very effective and accommodating crew. IKARI is considerably superior to the renowned and respectable pest control firm I used to work with.
