I should have read more reviews before giving them a call. Essentially, they will send a representative to give you an inflated rate; if you reject it, you will be required to pay $20 for transportation. which is OK, but they declined to provide a WhatsApp quote. I was able to receive a quote over WhatsApp later on when I tried to seek rates elsewhere. Thus, these folks overquote when they're already on site in an effort to put you in a difficult situation.
