Went on 5D4N Hanoi...Halong Bay trip with my family, guided by tour leader Albee and local tour guide Ah Kuan. Both were very attentive. Albee was quick-witted (responded well when difficult situation arose) and responsible throughout the whole trip (making sure all of us had fun and taking care of us well at the same time) while Ah Kuan was a great tour guide, explaining Vietnamese culture in detail, making sure we understood, and he even took the trouble to book a cake for Mother's Day when I requested despite asking for a favor last minute.
Food throughout the whole trip was good and it was more than enough. Definitely enjoyed the fresh seafood with the beautiful view of Halong Bay in the boat. The buffet lunch included on the 4th day in Hanoi was great with an extensive variety of food.
Hotel was all right (3 Star). Basic necessities were included.
Overall, the tour was worth it and my family and I were very satisfied with Smart Holidays'
Albee and Ah Kuan. Well done!

Very satisfied with the service and food for the 5D4N Halong Bay trip. Tour leader Albee and Vietnamese guide Ah Kuan have done their best entertaining us, catering to our needs, teaching us about the local culture & history. And they don't do it half-heartedly. Great value for money spent
