Second time that I have used them for shuttle bus travel to Malaysia.
There were a few delays getting put of time but the service was efficient and reasonably fast. Driver was helpful at border.
Reasonable cost. Efficient transfer to onward bus at Hat Yai.
Staff at Komtar is a bit grumpy but I expect mainly due to boredom and overwork.
Over the past 10 years, my wife and I have used this Travel Agency when travelling within Malaysia or to Singapore-- using very comfortable busses (especially the exceedingly comfortable "VVIP bus" to Singapore). The big advantage regarding taking the bus to Singapore, is that one can travel over night, AND SLEEP-- whereas most "direct" plane trips leave near noon or in the afternoon--- and travel to the airport and the recommended "2 hour wait time" means that most of the day in Singapore has passed ... whereas the bus leaves from downtown Penang, in the evening and arrives at one of the Metro stations in Singapore in the morning. Whereas some travellers have seemed to have encountered problems, we NEVER have had any!!
