At Zumba Fitness, happiness and well-being is the key ingredient in our work-out. Zumba is not simply about losing weight; it is about making friends, having fun, letting go of stress and most of all, feeling good in body and mind. Z Fitness has developed a ZFS formula that works to increase your overall well-being by combining feel-good music with a full-body dance work-out.
Taking part in Zumba on a regular basis will not only promote a greater sense of health and well-being, but research has shown that exercise of this type can also boost energy levels and helps to improve sleep and alleviate stress.
