Yeoh Soo Hock

Obtained his professional qualification through articleship with one of the big four accounting firms where he had served a period of nine (9) years. Subsequently, he joined a local financial institution in 1990 holding a managerial position in the Financial Control Department during which period the Bank was involved in an initial public offering exercise. In 1991, he left the Bank after successful completion of the corporate exercise and was offered a position as an Executive Director in a management consultancy and secretarial company. In 1993, on obtaining his audit licence he was admitted as a partner of a public accounting firm. During his tenure in public practice he was actively assisting small and medium scale enterprises on business restructuring, organisational development and nurturing them in their various stage of corporate development. In 1996, he activated SH Yeoh & Co with a team of experienced and qualified personnel in their own areas of expertise involved in corporate tax planning and compliance, corporate secretarial, internal audit and management consultancy. He has assisted in the public listing exercise of four (4) companies on the Second Board of the Bursa Malaysia of which two (2) companies have been transferred to the Main Board.
