Waste of time, I went in to see about having a skin cancer check. Reception did not know if they did that. She then said no without referring to anybody. I asked did she know where I could go and was told to go to the hospital. All GP's can look, check and remove sun spots to be straight out rejected like this is very poor.

The *inappropriate word* administrative system resides in a facility located in KLCC. What a waste of time to travel all the way from home to know that service can't be performed due to a minor system glitch

Dr ROJSHANA BALAN is the best so far. Very empathetic and her treatment is Very effective. Its been 2 years already that i always ask for her. For the clinic the waiting time management should be better than this.

Very pleasant atmosphere and professional staff. It is not stressful to visit this medical centre. Consultation fees are affordable at around RM20-25 but beware the markup on medicine. You can get the same medicine either at a pharmacy or another clinic for about RM20 cheaper. Of course since you're there you may as well pay it,but I just paid RM78 for medication I got from another clinic (closed on weekends) for RM50 last year,and RM96 for a nose spray I can get at Caring Pharmacy for RM70.

Twin Towers Medical Centre is located on Level 4 Suria KLCC at the Ramlee Mall wing. It can't be seen from the shops and its located at one end of the mall. The place looks like a miniature private hospital. Staff and doctors are very professional tending to international patients. Fairly well equipped,this small medical centre is the place to go to if you're feeling really unwell and in the vicinity of Suria KLCC shopping or PETRONAS Twin Towers.

the receptionist was very friendly.. even though went there early to avoid waiting, there were a few people there already waiting in line
