They definitely excel at communication. Contacted me to ask if it was ok that my items took longer cause stock had not arrived yet. Told me it would reach me on the 22nd of Oct. Lo & behold, it arrived promptly on the date. Definitely would deal with again.

I ordered ASA articulator online from toothgood, but the articulator I received has no ASA dental logo on it. Some more when I received it was kept within an old Colgate box, not in the usual ASA Dental box. I compared with the articulators my friends bought from taobao, their cheap articulators are exactly the same as what I received from Toothgood. Update: I received full refund and an authentic ASA articulator as what Toothgood promised. I appreciate Florence for her effort.
