The Salvation Army

“Heart to God, hand to Man” is one of the maxims of The Salvation Army. Having been established in Malaysia since 1938, we continue to be in the business of bringing hope and changing lives of the underprivileged. Presently, we operate 6 residential homes for children, 2 residential homes for the elderly, a centre for special children and a refugee help centre. We also have 10 corps around Malaysia that carry out a range of social service programmes aimed to provide practical assistance to people in need.
