Thai Odyssey Datum Jelatek Mall

Yesterday (28.02.16) was my first visit to Thai Odyssey. BSP branch was having a great promotion RM318 for 10 sessions. I've decided to sign up and made a booking at 7pm for two person. I arrived early at 6.30pm, done filling up the form and I waited for my friend to arrive. While I was waiting, the front desk lady (Chinese) asked if I want to start first-I said it's ok I'll wait till 7pm. When my friend arrive, another front desk lady (Malay) inform her that we need to wait for 20mins!!! From 7pm we waited till 7.26pm for the 2 mins foot scrub where the basin has no water supply and the massage lady need to take the water from somewhere else. After that we were sent to our room and the massage only starts at 7.45pm. This is not ok at all! Even though we only paid average RM31.80 per session but doesn't mean that you can provide us RM31.80 worth of service! Then what's the point of doing the promotion?! When I was mad about the delay, I sat aside at the bench. However the Malay front desk lady totally ignored me and only talk to my friend. Even when she was explaining bout the oil we can choose-she didn't even bother asking me! My friend asked "what about her?" She replied "I don't know". Ha ha ha what a fantastic first experience. Massage finished at 8.45pm, our dinner reservation was cancelled. it was supposed to be a good day to have nice & relaxing massage followed by a long awaited dinner plan but due to your poor arrangement of appointment, we didn't get to enjoy the dinner that we arranged. We were so hungry after the massage, if the massage started on time all these wouldn't have happened. On the other note, the masseuse (still new i believe) was quite attentive as she gave me extra towels when she felt that my hands & legs were cold (other places I would need to request only they will give). Small gesture means a lot in customer service. Thumbs up for her.

Is been 19months since our daughter born and we take care her by just of us. Tired, lack of sleep and body felt heavy much. Last weekend we're able to free ourselves and we decidedto try massage from Thai Odyssey Sri Petaling newly opened branch. My husband decide go for Thai massage and myself go for aromatherapy massage. Oh my goodness, we're so surprised with the massage and services. When we walk in we're being great like a king and a queen. The therapist were so good and so polite and the receptionist together. Explain to us well every massage/package they have. A gentle rub on our feet before we step in to couple room. A great relax time for us after the warm massage on us. At last we decided to sign a package as a reward to ourselves and kudos the great team. BTW, they have a great idea that suit ourselves as client. They provide us a jockey to help us for parking esp those area have a very limited extra parking to us. Thank you Thai Odyssey. We love you so much.
