My friends and I train twice a week at Team Armada , our coach Cheng is highly dedicated and provides a great conditioning workout , while focusing on technique!

Had a couple of great pt sessions with Cheng, a really technical and patient coach. Definitely my go-to gym to work up a sweat whenever I'm in Penang.
