StART Society

StART Society is a full-fledged arts academy that reaches out to underprivileged children by helping them discover and nurture their hidden talents in fine arts and performing arts.

We are currently giving FREE fine art, music, dance, drama and creative writing classes to more than 200 children from 12 different shelter homes in the Klang Valley. Through the healing and liberating power of the arts, StART provides the less fortunate and at-risk children a safe format to express and articulate emotions, and for them to learn and grow into confident, responsible individuals.

All that while developing their artistic skills and creative minds. StART is founded on the conviction that arts provide children with the capacity to find and stretch themselves and in so doing, build a better world for themselves.
