the St Gregory's Spa within the hotel is one of the best in Malaysia and well worth the visit - it's not as cheap as some of the small operations running in town, but it is very clean, efficient and provides very high quality services, as good as any others we've been to.Overall, the staff were excellent and very helpful. We had the misfortune of losing a camera during our stay, and both Sudin, the porter, and Mohan, head of security, went out of their way to do all they could to help us.
