For purchase of products

How to order:
1)Send a message to simpletouchjb@gmail.com or post comment to inform us your desired product code and quantity.

2) A quotation will be sent to you within 5 working days.

3) Once you agree and confirm the order, a confirmation email contains the bank detail for payment will be sent out.

4) Cancellations or amendments are not allowed after the orders are placed with supplier


Payment:
1) Please accept our apology for not able to negotiate prices.

2) For pre-ordered item, payment must be made within 3 days upon receiving email confirmation.

3) For ready stock item, full payment must be made before item being delivered.

4) Full amount paid will be refunded if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods due to some unforeseen circumstances.


Delivery:
1) Please include your name, address and telephone number in order for us to ship out your order. 

2) Orders will be sent out after 3 weeks.

3) All items are excluding shipping cost. Let us know how you would like your shipping to be done. Please refer to our delivery option (under Terms & Conditions)



Terms & Conditions:

1. All prices do not include any shipping/freight, tax, insurance or any other charges. We reserves the right to impose an additional fee of shipping cost depending on the weight of your purchases according to the mailing option you have chosen.

2. All products are brand new and Simple Touch will not be held responsible for any damages or loss to the products during the course of delivery.

3. All sales are final, goods sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable unless the goods are of the wrong product as per your order.

4. The actual color and design of the items displayed on website may vary from what you see on the actual item due to the variation of the computer monitors resolution but we will take extra care in describing the item to the nearest possible.

5. Simple Touch reserves the right to add, amend or delete the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. You are advised to review them everytime you make a fresh order with us.

6. Delivery Options:
a) Registered Package Users
Once the shipping is out, we will sent you the tracking number for your reference. We will not be responsible for any loss of goods. You may notify us if you wish to include insurance for your delivery.

b) Self-Collection
For local customers, self-collection can be done without any prevailing charges.
