Ridiculous, the Chinese girl with short hair, not sure receptionist or supervisor, went to buy general meds for URTI but was given tons of extra meds like vit C, Equalive lignoxil and pontalon which customer didn't ask for and costs Rm100 for all these! should've ask if customer needs any recommendation before prescribing, instead of using this chance to reach your year-end KPI :)
You might say that customer can reject if we don't want those but in anyway hard-selling is not a way you approach customers, know and advice what your customers need, not what you think they should and force them buying! :)
