After child birth, a new mother's body needs time & energy to return to the pre-pregnancy state. This recovery time is called the confinement period. During confinement, a new mother is taking rest and relax at home enjoying time together with her new born baby.

 Our Postnatal Slimming service, the Massage Therapist helps new mother to restore the body, rejuvenate the skin and regain energy while excessive water retention & wind in the body can be reduced and expelled easily.
