I commented on staff Syafid today for speaking out loud. He was arrogant and asked me no need to go to your petrol station next time. I am amazed if the company boss will allow a staff to speak to a resident customer who has been pumping in petrol for many years.

The counter staffs very arrogant..shouting to customers...no manners & not being professional at alls...i don't know why the boss still can hire this kind of staffs....
