Waiter got my order wrong. I ordered the chicken cordon bleu. But the waiter gave me nasi goreng and chicken. Told the waiter that it wasn’t what I ordered. The waiter returned the food back to the kitchen and i had to wait for my food (which i didn’t mind at all). But then when the food arrived, i noticed that there were clumps of rice beneath the salad, which surely means that they didn’t properly prepare my food, just tossed out the previous nasi goreng from the plate, put the chicken cordon bleu on the same plate. They could’ve just prepare them on a new plate or even try to properly clean it first, but perhaps they’ve ran out of fresh new plates or lack manpower to at least clean it first. That’s one thing. Next, i asked the waiter whether there will there be any charges for plain water, she said no, and again she got my order wrong by bringing out two glasses of them. Told her that i only requested for one, she replied with saying no worries it wont be charged. That’s fine then. But heck i was so wrong. When i went to the cashier to pay for my food, guess what has been charged on the bill? The freaking plain water (2 glasses some more), just as I suspected. Dont get me wrong, its not like I couldn’t afford to pay for them, i was just disappointed by their service. Did I mention the chicken was overcooked? Yeap it was burnt, dark burn spots all over the chicken. Maybe my long complain wont make a dent or make any differences, just a heads up of what you’ll be expecting from eating here. Too bad that i didn’t take any photos. Bad experience. Definitely will not come again.
