Chan Seng Kee, in 1975 (then known as Design Environment Group Architects Sdn Bhd until being renamed as SK CHAN ARCHITECT in 1996) the practice has had the opportunity to take part in the design and administration of most building types from residential (bungalows, apartments and condominium), holiday resorts, hotels, commercial offices / complexes, public schools to institutions of higher learning, high-tech industrial building for wafer fabrication with sophisticated and custom designed facilities. SK CHAN Architect Malaysia, together with our associate office Design-Environment Group Architects LLP (Singapore) support and participate actively in various architectural and design competition held both locally and internationally, and have garnered over the years various awards.

The objectives of the Group are to provide solutions for clients based on contemporary design principles, creative thinking, good judgement and experience in concert with optimal economic considerations keeping in mind the total effect on the community and environment. The intrinsic qualities of the Group are demonstrated by the whole spectrum of projects undertaken in Malaysia, Singapore and overseas for an international clientele.
