RONNY CHAM & CO is based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. The firm was established on 1st January 1984.

Its founder is Mr Cham Ngit Shin @ Ronny Cham, who holds a BA (Hons) Law degree (London), Barrister-at-Law (Lincoln’s Inn) and was called as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak in Sabah on 23rd February 1982.

As of 28th February 2015, the Firm is a partnership between Mr Ronny Cham and Mr Samuel Cham Chi Chung, who holds an LL.B (Murdoch), GDLP/Lawyer (Supreme Court W. Australia) and was called as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak in Sabah on 17th February 2014. The Firm is currently supported by three other junior partners (non-equity) providing and maintaining the overall professional practice of the Firm.

The Firm is committed to promoting and defending the Rule of Law and the cause of justice; offering professional legal services without any discrimination in accordance with the finest ethics of the Sabah Law Society; to encourage and promote legal knowledge and education in the practice of law; to assist in the protection, promotion and uplifting of the integrity of the legal profession in the State of Sabah, Malaysia.
