My mother visits HUKM at least once every 3 months, as government servant, she gets free consultation and medicine. However, since 2015, doctors had been very careful and prescribe medicine due to 'budget constraint'... guess we all know what's the root cause of it, sigh.
anyway, reason of writing this is to share that in fact, the quality of medical treatment is not bad here. even if you are not a government servant, the price is very affordable compare to outside.
trust me, give it a try before you say no.
