1. lembab untuk follow up ujian komputer selepas sesi ceramah, pelajar sendiri call untuk buat temujanji ujian (CS slow)
2.kata nak share location tempat ujian memandu di sri muda....selepas 2 minggu pelajar follow up semula untuk confirmkan date dan minta location.(CS lembab)
3.untuk urgent lesen L, pelajar kene buat urusan sendiri di JPJ padang jawa dan kos rm20 ringgit ditanggung oleh pelajar dengan alasan ( u nak urgent maaaa) for what saya bayar rm 1000 kalau urusan macam tu pun kene bayar lagi,
4.hantar keputusan ujian hari sabtu (7 sept 19), baru nak buat urusan JPJ hari jumaat (13 sept 19)..slow
5.menunggu jika CS akan follow up untuk ujian amali selepas ni atau pelajar akan call untuk buat temujanji latihan amali.
