Dealt with Bear a few times before. He is very professional and didn’t over promise, unlike most of the property agents nowadays. Although he didn’t manage to rent out my unit, but he did rent out my brother’s unit in Summer Suites. They have an office unit in Summer Suites that operating during normal office hours for the ease of landlord and tenant. One of the most organize property agency outside with proper way to record and handling of property issues that I had seen. I understand that Bear has known a few contractors in that area, hence he is able to arrange for some minor and light construction work for you if needed. The Bangla dude that helped to fixed my light and fans was recommended by him and he has done a good job with reasonable price.
