Persatuan Kebajikan Orang Kurang Upaya Xi Le Er Malaysia

We are a non-profit organization which has been officially established since 18/03/2014. This is a charity home taking care of children who are below 18 years old with multiple disabilities, such as: visual impairment, cerebral palsy, mild mental retardation including slow learner, autism and down syndrome population, regardless of races and religions. Having a special child with special needs is not a choice of any parent, BUT we must accept it gracefully. Everyone should have the opportunity to learn, a child with special needs is no exception! 

They can also learn to take care of themselves and others! Able bodies like us, should sincerely give them a helping hand and social support! Relying on our own ability is limited, we desperately need the support from community in all aspects of assistance, such as: economic, food resources, daily necessities, stationery, volunteers, expertise in the field and resources sharing and hence we can complete this MISSION!
