Under the leadership of the founder,Dr. Christopher Wong the school has flourished into a full service Academy offering courses in tuition, English language, motivational workshops and seminars.

Perfection Training Academy offers tuition courses ranging from Standard Three to Form Five, with full course tuition for all levels and single subject tuition for Form Three to Form Five. Tuition courses at Perfection stress simple effective techniques for learning, and students at all levels receive monthly study notes that can be used as class notes and reference guides for studying. In order to ensure students’ success, Perfection also offers examination seminars and intensive classes for those taking UPSR, PMR and SPM examinations. Courses are offered year round and all students have the opportunity to participate in a yearly field trip, which emphasises aspects of the courses being studied, such as English, History, Science and Geography. Perfection encourages internal recruitment through loyalty discounts and the "Friend get Friend” program, which offers rewards to students who introduce their friends to Perfection. This helps to increase enrolment numbers as well as creates a more familiar atmosphere for incoming students. With over 36 years of experience offering tuition, the teaching team at Perfection have created an effective and successful method of enhancing the educational experience of students studying tuition at Perfection Training Academy.
