Pantai Hospital Ampang

Typical private hospital at this area. Small parking area. Facilities just good as normal hospital.

Very satisfied with all friendly & helpful nurses at ICU. The doctors also friendly and nice. It just air conditioner in double bedded ward was dissappointed.

Doc and staffs very satisfied but the menu so so.. just imaging my tea time only 2pcs cekodok..its enough?? And time discharge so slow on finance billing.. i keep calling my insurance to provide GL letter etc after doc said can dicharge..

The best thing about Pantai Hospital Ampang is they got lot of Malay women specialist and easy for Muslimah to go there. All the doctors were full of experiences. Thanks to all nurses and staff for very good services..

I should thankful to Doctor Wan & those staff nurses who are so helpful. However, it is dissatisfied to me the hospital toilet, the cleanliness is not there. I wish the management should look into it seriously and improve it.

Most of it excellent except 1. Aircond- 1st time i walk in it feel too cold because i'm in pain. Even during warded. Its centralized system so not much help when to reduce it. 2. Toilet- did not have water tap/hand bidet near water closet. So it difficult to me every time have "business"
