I went in for the first time and they did a face analysis for me to evaluate my skin. The review I got was that my skin was in terrible shape and I should be very afraid because my skin will degenerate soon. It came to such a point where they are talking to me in a rude manner and kept asking me if I had a credit card because she wanted to sell me a whole facial package that costs about RM1000. I was very uncomfortable at that moment and made excuses to leave but the sales girl just kept bombarding me with sales talks and questions. After 40 minutes, I just sternly told her I am not interested and went off. It was an extremely unpleasant experience and I swear not to step into the place again. Cold blooded, blood *inappropriate words* vampires vampires who wants you to sign facial packages! Yes, they are that creepy. So you better run run run!

Before starting my uni life at Kuala Lumpur, I have had suffered from acne skin. I went to beauty salon twice a month. But at Kuala Lumpur, I don't know where to start from. Thus, I searched for deals at Groupon, and eventually I found Oriks Malaysia.Purchased the deal and made appointment with the center and they were very responsive and warm-hearted. It was a very good first impression I gained from the beauticians. Since it was my first time going to Oriks Malaysia, it took me some time to figure out its actual location.My beautician was still handling customer. After done, she consulted me for my acne problem and explained to me how the following treatment can help to solve my skin problem. I was then led into the facial room. It was twin room. Thus, if you are coming with your BFF, you guys can share the room. Relaxing music was played during the entire facial session. I felt stress-free and enjoyed my facial treatment a lot. Another thing I would like to praise the beautician was they would not hard sell about their product. They will ask whether you would like to take any package or products; however, they only ask for once. If you are not interested, they won't ask for another time.
