New upgraded fascilities but insurance waiting time still the same.. Staffs are more friendly and professional.. Less waiting time to see doctors in emergency.. only problem is not enough beds because its a small hospital.. cant expect much but otherwise excellent service to community

I was admitted for 6 days due to bacteria infection. I was under the care of Dr. Lim Mong Sai. I am very satisfied with the service and treatment received from Dr. Lim and the staff nurses. They were really helpful and polite through out my days there. Dr. Lim was very polite and knowledgeble. The staffs were also well trained. Thumbs up and keep up the good work NMC.

Good hospitality for converted hospital from cancer hospital to full services hospital. Still need improvement such as kids playground..recreation area for patient to hang on with family. Meal order at night. Reception desk newly assign with queing number for registration but need to segregate patient with appointment or patient newly registration. Good doctor such as Dr Asyraf whom had treated me twice, Dr Yap & Dr Raymond whom treated my child having her high fever & tonsilitus.. Good job and well done..Thanks for everything..

Was treated here for stage 1 cancer. 24 times radiotheraphy sessions. Good hospitality, but the front counter especially those who handles gl needs to be improved. Many thanks to Dr Chandra and Mia for endless support and assistance.To the canteen operator, food selection is quite limited with same menu everyday. My suggestion is to have the menu change everyday.Other than that, I am satisfied with the services.Good job to the team!

Special gratitude n thx to dctr Shahidan n team...Very helpfull n friendly service..Dh few time buat Procedure n operation here..So far so so good n they are very co-operative...Specially dctr Shahidan Yusof...Very patient n friendly layan kerenah patient dia..Will recommend to all... Admitted due to spine injury. .Cervical n lumbar ...All nurses also very helpfull n friendly...And housekeeping too...They are very helpfull n tidy the room on time ....Thx again to all the team! Taking care of me during my admission.... Alhamdulillah!

Excellent service from the frontliners to the specialist. Kudos to Dr.Yap. He is our favourite peds for our two kids since baby. The nurses are very friendly and helpful

Day 7@ Finally discaj..(Cervikal pain)'thanks to Doctor Shahidan,nurses at wad 327C &'311 nurses at OT room. & phsio dept....u all are wonderfull and so polite being helfull when needed anytime...Sincerely managment have to upgrade few services on facilities... especially on tv channel at ward not much choice....CAFE also should be close at 1900 or 2000 due some family members when visiting patien or waited here to long on emergency cases have to go out to find food or drink...even drinks machine is no more avlb at ground floor....WIFI is available but to slow....even some family friends visit patient hp line not good....Hope this will be consider by NCI managment.Tks again.
