It was my friend who recommended me for a free trial as they have a referral program. It lasted for 3 hours with a before and after analysis of your skin. As a free trial, I'm expecting for it to be a pleasant experience but the after service is horrible to me. They were so pushy in trying to get me to sign up for their packages and even made me feel bad for not taking up their offer and doing my face a favour. The facial treatment lives up to their price, but during the 2 hours laying on the bed, I couldn't relax. I have no choice but to overheard the female patron next door who complains about her marriage, or the conversation between the two men who came in for facial treatments. I was expecting to have a peace of mind but oh boy their treatment rooms have walls on the sides but not on the top so yay no privacy! What happened after the treatment is a nightmare, the consultant's hard-selling is beyond my imagination and I left feeling so drained (no, I stood firm not signing up the package). I loved the treatment but it was not a good experience.
