Lilani Perera has been personal training since 1994. As a ACE certified trainer, her goals are her clients achievements. We dont use generic fitness routines or stand around" holding clip board or bore you with our personal acheivemnts. The hour is yours, the workout is about you, and the results is what you wants. Hiring us, will  get you into shape and fit by using get you into shape by using cutting edge workouts that have been proven by science to make you lose fat and get toned as safely and effectively as possible. 



If you're like most people who want to lose fat and get into shape you probably feel like you don't have the time or motivation to get to your fitness goals on your own…We'll Make Time For You. We have a full hour program and I've also created a super effective 30 minute workout routines.These workouts are short, fast-paced and fun and they'll have you looking better and feeling better in no time. 


We know not everyone is the same, so our fitness and fat loss solutions are specific to YOUR goals, YOUR body type and YOUR life. One routine will never fit all. After meeting with you, and confirming your goals, and being realistic, a program is designed for you, and it does not stay there. The program revolves as you evolve. 

 


Service /Price Details

This is an amazing class.  3-4 people, with similar goals and fitness level come together and workout from anything from 30 minutes or a full hour. We supple effective equipment to make this workout a challenging one.  

 

RM 250 per hour for come over or personal training session. RM 120 per month for 4 Zumba session. RM150 for 8 Zumba session. RM 170 for 12 Zumba session. For unlimited class RM 200 per month, class is from Monday to Saturday. For Muscle class is available in Monday is from 0800, Wednesday is from 1030 and Saturday is from 0800. Additional RM 10 for the muscle class.

Pengalaman Zumba kali pertama dan setiap kali selepas menghadiri Zumba kelas, amat memenatkan, tidak tahu mengikut rentak tarian dan muzik, sakit kaki, sakit peha, sakit badan, rasa hendak muntah, pening kepala, badan tidak sedap, dan sakit hati sebab Zumba itu susah rupanya.Tambah lagi saya seorang sahaja lelaki sahaja di dalam kelas Zumba. Saya rasa memang sangat kekok dan pelik. Buat tidak tahu sahaja. Jadi selepas beberapa kali menghadiri kelas Zumba, saya yakin boleh bergaul dengan selesa dengan semua rakan di kelas Zumba.lagipun coach yang ajar saya jenis open minded dan peramah dengan pelatihya buat saya jadi perasaan malu sudah hilang.
