Yoon Ming Sun is currently practising in Cheang & Ariff, Jalan Medan Tuanku. His area of expertise lies in domestic and cross border corporate finance transactions. The transactions include, mergers and acquisitions, takeovers offers, privatisations, corporate and debt restructuring exercises and domestic and cross border public listings of equities on the Malaysian, London and Australian stock exchanges, debt instruments on the Singapore and Thai stock exchanges and mutual funds on the Labuan Exchange. He is also the principal partner advising on matters in relation to Labuan offshore laws.
