Yee Mei Ken

Mr Yee's main area of practice is corporate litigation primarily directors and shareholders' disputes with an emphasis on family companies or group of companies. These disputes are usually related to the winding up or liquidation of the companies. He is experienced in handling cases of restructuring of companies and rendered advice on scheme of arrangement to creditors and syndicated lenders. He also deals with libel cases and matters related to media laws.
